Welcome to the Jungle
100 guests. One night. A full jungle takeover. We transformed the venue into an immersive neon jungle escape, dense foliage, layered greenery and custom styling that turned every corner into a discovery. Intelligent lighting, haze and neon washes shifted the mood from arrival to late night energy, while full audio production and DJ setup kept the crowd moving. Every detail, from truss mounted lighting to furniture flow, was designed to pull guests into the experience and keep them there until the lights came up.

Après Ski
A conference room turned into a mountain getaway. After a day of conferencing, Blue Label Telecom’s team walked into something completely unexpected: snow underfoot, frosted trees glowing under blue light and a neon ski lift backdrop pulling everyone toward the dance floor. We built the night around that feeling of arriving somewhere new, cosy corners to relax in, a chairlift bench for photos and a DJ setup that kept the energy climbing as the night went on. It was the kind of shift that gets people talking the moment they walk in, and that's exactly the point.

1920’s Gatsby Glamour
Fifty, with a touch of Gatsby glamour. For this milestone 50th, we leaned all the way into the 1920s, black and gold table settings, oversized feather centrepieces and candlelight that turned the whole space into something out of an old film. A grazing table dressed with abundance set the tone for the evening, while warm chandelier light and rich textures gave every corner that old world, dressed to impress feel. It was the kind of setup that made guests slow down, take it all in, and feel like they'd stepped into another era.

Party through the decades
One night, four decades, all under one tent. For Blue Label Telecom’s post conference celebration, we took guests on a journey from the 70s through to Y2K, disco balls and mirrored details setting the throwback tone, a giant boombox stage anchoring the dance floor, and bold decade specific touches popping up through every corner of the space. Pulsing lights washed the tent in colour as the night moved era to era, each one bringing its own energy, music and visual cues. The result was a celebration that felt like four parties in one, loud, colourful and impossible not to get swept up in.

Baby Shower
A soft, dreamy welcome for Baby Smith.For this baby shower, we brought the clouds and moon theme to life in soft pinks and whites, a balloon cloud installation cascading the ceiling, delicate floral arrangements lining the counters and tables, and a styled little wardrobe of tiny outfits that had everyone smiling. Even the pool got the treatment, with giant pink and clear floats spelling out "Baby Smith" for the most photographed corner of the day. Every detail was designed to feel gentle and personal, a celebration as sweet as the little girl it was for.
CigiCell
Golf Day
Pole position, right on the fairway. For CigiCell's golf day, we decorated one of the holes with a full Formula 1 theme, checkered flags, racing bunting, starting grid traffic lights, and a scalextric track for players to test their reflexes between swings. Vintage fuel pumps and tyre stacks set the scene, while branded gazebos and lounge seating gave golfers a spot to relax, have a drink and take it all in. A small, high energy activation that turned one hole into the day's highlight.

Same Game, New Play - Management Conference
A stage built for big announcements. For Blue Label Telecoms' 2025 management conference, we delivered the full stage production and ran AV for the day, a large format LED screen as the centrepiece, branded with the "Same Game, New Play" theme, paired with a custom built stage and lounge area. Lighting and starlit ceiling washes added scale and atmosphere throughout the venue, while our team managed presentations and technical operations to keep the day running without a hitch.

I am a Podiatrist Conference and Exhibition
A milestone conference, fully managed. For the Podiatry Association of South Africa's 2025 biennial conference, we delivered end-to-end event management, staging, AV, and lighting for the main conference hall, plus full coordination of the event's first ever exhibition. From shell scheme builds to managing exhibitors on the day, we brought together a polished branded environment for speakers and an engaging, well run exhibition space for attendees to explore between sessions.
The Prepaid Company
Shebeen Year End
A proper shebeen, for one day. For The Prepaid Company's year end function, we brought the spirit of a local shebeen to life, corrugated iron spaza shop facades, crates, tyres, and hubcaps styled into a DJ booth, and vibrant printed tablecloths setting a colourful, lively backdrop throughout the venue. Comfortable lounge corners with bold African print cushions gave guests a place to relax, while full sound and lighting carried the energy from afternoon into evening. A celebration with character, built around good food, good music and proper shebeen vibes.

Villians & Heroes
Gotham meets the boardroom. For Blue Label Distribution's post conference celebration, we transformed the venue into a Villains & Heroes universe, towering character silhouettes of Batman, Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, the Joker, Black Panther, Thanos and more, set against custom cityscape backdrops that wrapped the room in neon lit skylines. Each table carried its own villain or hero theme, right down to glowing centrepieces, while full sound, lighting, and a DJ set kept the night moving. It's a room that has to be seen in person, the scale and detail of the artwork made every corner feel like its own scene.
